The Church on The Hill Christian Child Care Center is a mission outreach project for the increased Christian education of elementary and preschool age children in Norco area. The Center is designed to meet the needs of families whose parents work and/or parents who desire a Christian preschool program.

The Church on the Hill Christian Child Care Center serves children from the ages of 2 thought 12 years/6th grade. Children are accepted without regard to race, color, religion, or natural origin. The Center offers programs from 6:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Please contact us for enrollment information.

For the preschool, the Center offers an enriching, Christian oriented educational program with a flexible balanced variety of activities. This includes free play and creative play, structured games, Bible stories, weekly chapel, music, arts and crafts, science and nature studies, cooking, sharing, and story time.

The children have rest and quiet times during the day and are given nutritious snacks. Special programs and activities include class pictures, open house, field trips, holiday celebrations, evening programs, and graduation ceremonies.

The Center also offers a kindergarten program from 9:00AM-2:30PM.  We have two classes of 10-12 students each.  We use the A-Beka curriculum for our kindergartners which has proven to be exceptional material.  The kindergartners also enjoy many of the programs and activities as the preschool does.

The Center serves elementary age children before and after school and for extended day care on school holidays. Older children are provided a supervised study time for homework. Organized activities and supervisors promote interpersonal relations and self-esteem.

The Center is overseen by a Board of Directors. All teachers hold college credentials in early childhood education and are trained in first aid and CPR. All staff members strive to teach the children love and respect for one another, for God, and for all the wonders of His world.

Every child is viewed as a uniquely created being who is encouraged to progress at his/her own rate through enriched experiences, self-discipline, decision-making, and social skills development.

Church on the Hill Christian Child Care Center's ultimate goal is to develop the total personality of each child by providing intellectual, physical, and spiritual experiences of lasting value.
